# NineLives

> NineLives is the Solana launchpad with an AI cat that scans every launcher before the coin exists. High-risk wallets can't launch, the dev buy is capped, every linked wallet is watched every block and dumps are called out live. If a dump slips through, the cat burns one of its 9 lives and pays holders from the pot.

## How it works
- Coins launch on Meteora Dynamic Bonding Curve (program dbcij3LWUppWqq96dh6gJWwBifmcGfLSB5D4DuSMaqN) through one platform partner config; the platform wallet is the config's fee claimer.
- Every coin is guarded by the AI scanner cat and gets its own AI agent (OpenRouter model). Scanner alerts post on the coin page; agents draft X posts and status updates and never move funds.
- Pre-launch risk score (0-100) for every launcher: flagged-dumper registry, linked/funding wallets, past coins' burned lives, bundles and dead cats, launch cadence. Risk >= 70 is refused by POST /api/launch/build (403) and logged.
- AI scanner: every launch is scanned for bundles (>= 5 buyers and >= 50% of buyers in the first 2 minutes = BUNDLED) and linked wallets (one-hop funders / SOL sends); launcher + linked wallets are watched every block; caught dumps, bundles, linked wallets and flagged devs post as scanner alerts on the coin page (agent_posts kind 'alert').
- Every coin starts with 9 lives. Launcher-controlled soldPct crossing i/9 burns life i and can queue a scratch payout from the refund pot (35% of claimed platform fees). At 0 lives a final capped payout round is queued.
- Flagged dumper: a launcher whose coin burns 3 lives (or dies) forfeits queued + future launcher-pool rewards to the refund pot; it and its linked wallets are refused by POST /api/launch/build (403).

- Each UTC day, 25% of platform fees are split between launchers pro-rata by wash-filtered volume, capped at 40% per coin. Payouts are approved by the multisig.
