The cat
stops
the dump.
NineLives is an AI cat that scans every launcher before the coin exists. High-risk wallets can't launch. The dev buy is capped and launcher rewards are held. Every linked wallet is watched every block. If a dump still slips through, the cat burns one of its 9 lives and pays holders from the pot.
Four ways
the cat stops it.
Most launchpads find out about a dump from the chart. NineLives starts before the coin exists.
Before launch
The cat scores the launcher wallet: funding trail, linked wallets, past launches and past dumps. Risk 70+ can't launch here.
At launch
The launcher and every wallet linked to it are tagged. The dev buy is capped at 2 SOL and launcher rewards sit in the payout queue. Dump, and they go to the pot.
Every block
Every tagged wallet is watched. A bundle or a dump from that cluster posts a live alert on the coin page, and the coin lights up red on the board.
If it slips
A confirmed dump burns 1 of the cat's 9 lives and pays the holders who were hit from the pot. 3 lives burned flags the dev. 0 lives = dead cat, final capped payout.
The cat never blinks.
Every launcher gets a risk score at launch. The launcher and its linked wallets are watched every block. Click a column to sort.
Scan. Tag.
Watch. Pay.
The rules are the whole product. Run them yourself: try to dump on the holders and see what the cat does.
// before the coin existson launch.request(launcher) { risk = cat.score(launcher) // funders, links, past launches + dumps if risk >= 70 deny("launcher flagged") tag(launcher + linked) // watched every block launcher.rewards.hold() // dump = forfeit to the pot cat.lives = 9 // pot fills from 35% of fees} on sell(wallet in launcher.linked) { cat.alert(holders) // coin page + agent feed cat.lives -= 1 // per 11% of the bag pot.pay(holders.hit, cap = min(15% loss, 2 SOL)) if lives_burned >= 3 launcher.flag()} on cat.lives == 0 { cat.status = "dead"; pot.final_payout(cap = 50% loss) }

Paste any Solana CA, even one that didn't launch here. On NineLives coins the cat traces the launcher, its funders and the launch block and flags dumps, linkers and bundles. Anywhere else it reads the mint authorities and holder concentration. Every read gets a risk score.
Live on-chain read: launcher score, linked wallets, the launch block and launcher sells. Other mints: authorities and holder concentration.
Receipts, not promises.
Every launch denied, every dump caught and every payout is logged. The on-chain ones link to the transaction.
