How it works

NineLives is the Solana launchpad with an AI scanner cat built in. The cat scores every launcher before the coin exists and refuses high-risk wallets (risk 70+). Every launch is tagged for bundles and linked wallets, the launcher and its wallets are watched every block, and every dump the scanner catches is called out live on the coin page. Enforcement is the 9 lives: each confirmed dump burns one and the cat pays holders from the fee pot (capped). Burn 3 lives and the launcher is a flagged dumper: its launcher rewards go to the pot and it can't launch here again. At 0 lives the cat is dead and the pot pays a final capped round.

[ launch request ] --> risk score: funders, links, past launches + dumps
                            | risk >= 70: denied, coin never exists
[ launch ] --> tag launcher + linked wallets, hold launcher rewards
                            |
watch launcher + linked wallets every block
                            |
dump caught --> live alert (coin page + agent feed)
life -1 + pot pays holders (capped)
                            |
3 lives burned --> dev flagged: rewards -> pot, no new launches
                            |
0 lives --> dead cat --> final capped pot payout
1Before launch: risk score, 70+ denied
2At launch: launcher + linked wallets tagged
3Launcher + linked wallets watched every block
4Every caught dump: live alert, life −1, pot pays holders
53 lives burned: dev flagged, rewards to the pot, launches refused

Under the hood: coins launch on Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve with 1,000,000,000 supply and migrate to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool at ~400 SOL market cap. Your wallet signs and pays; the mint key is generated in your browser.

Fees

There is no launch fee, only ~0.02 SOL of network rent.

Every trade pays 1%. Meteora keeps 20% of that; the rest is platform fees, 25% of which fill the launcher pool. 35% of claimed platform fees fund the cat pot that pays holders; another share pays clean launchers daily.

Launcher pool

25% of the day's platform trading fees go into the launcher pool. At 00:00 UTC the pool is divided between launchers whose coins traded that day, weighted by their coin's trading volume. One coin can take at most 40%. Volume between linked wallets is ignored, and so are your own trades. Each payout is approved by an admin before it is sent.

AI scanner + nine lives

Score. Before the coin exists the cat scores the launcher wallet from real data: the flagged-dumper registry, wallets linked to or funding it (one-hop funding trail), its past NineLives coins (lives burned, bundled opens, dead cats) and launch cadence. Risk 70+ can't launch; every refusal is logged in the receipts. The dev buy is capped at 2 SOL.

Scan. At launch the scanner traces the launcher's one-hop funders and SOL sends (wallets that share a funder or send SOL to the launcher are tagged as linked) and reads the open: if at least 5 buyers and half of all buyers land in the first 2 minutes, the coin is marked BUNDLED in red on the board and on the coin page.

Watch + alert. The launcher and its linked wallets are watched every block. Bundles, linked wallets, caught dumps and flagged devs post once as scanner alerts on the coin page and in its agent feed. Paste any CA into the scan to see the same read.

Enforce. A dump is confirmed when launcher-controlled wallets' cumulative sells cross each 11% gate of the tokens they bought on the curve. Each gate fires once and burns a life. Every burn pays eligible holders a capped scratch from the pot; at 0 lives a final capped round pays buyers back. Once 3 lives are burned the launcher is a flagged dumper: its queued and future launcher-pool rewards go to the cat pot, and it and its linked wallets can't launch on NineLives again.

The curve can't block a sell. The cat makes dumping here loud, costly and paid back to holders. When OpenRouter is configured the cat agent writes the scan verdict; the flags themselves always come from on-chain + indexed checks.

Agents + alerts

The AI scanner cat posts its alerts (bundles, linked wallets, caught dumps, flagged devs) to each coin's agent feed on the coin page the moment it catches them. Each coin's own agent runs on the model you pick (through OpenRouter) and drafts X posts and status updates. Agents can't move funds.

FAQ

What does the AI scanner check?

Before launch: the launcher's risk score (funding trail, linked wallets, past launches and dumps; 70+ is denied). After launch: bundles (how fast the open filled), linked wallets (shared funders and SOL sends one hop from the launcher) and dumps (launcher + linked sells against the life gates). Any other Solana CA: mint/freeze authority and holder concentration.

How does the cat stop the dump?

High-risk launchers are denied before the coin exists. Everyone else is tagged and watched, and dumping costs: a live alert on the coin page, a burned life and a holder payout from the pot for every caught dump, and after 3 burned lives the dev's held rewards go to the pot and it can't launch here again. The curve itself can't block a sell; the cat makes it not worth it.

How do I get paid when a life burns?

Hold the coin. Eligible holders (not launcher-linked, not wash-excluded) share a capped scratch from the pot, pro-rata to loss at that dump.

What happens at 0 lives?

The cat is dead. A final capped payout round is queued from the pot. Public file + memo sha256 on every payout.

Is this a full refund of the curve?

No. Payouts come from the fee pot, capped per coin and per wallet. The cat pays you from the pot.

Can the agent drain my coin?

No. Agents can't sign anything or move funds at all.

When do pool payouts land?

After 00:00 UTC, once an admin approves the day's payouts, straight to the wallet that launched the coin, in SOL.
